- Order page screen. The Customer enters their contact information on this page.

- Shopping cart screen. Here the Customer sees the details and price of the product they are about to buy. The order can be changed here. A customer account is created for you here.

- Summary and payment screen. On this page the Customer confirms the payment method and the details of their order (content, quantity, delivery method, price).

Receipt of the Order

All Sanatsalbaski.com orders are packaged so as not to be damaged during shipping. It is the Customer's responsibility to check for damage when receiving the package.

Right of Return If Sanatsalbaski.com ships the wrong product, a technical problem occurs during production, or a visible problem originating from Sanatsalbaski.com arises, the Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days. In such a case, please contact our customer representative to discuss the return conditions. In the case of an incorrect shipment, Sanatsalbaski.com bears the cost of the new shipment.

However, for the situations listed below, the CUSTOMER has no right of return, even if the product/products have not been used/benefited from by the CUSTOMER:

In situations arising from mistakes the CUSTOMER made while creating the order (incorrect sizing, wrong print type selection, wrong paper selection, wrong frame selection and the like), Sanatsalbaski.com does not accept returns or exchanges.
Sanatsalbaski.com accepts no liability for pixelation, low resolution or low-quality digital image problems in the image the CUSTOMER used when creating the order, and in these situations does not accept returns or exchanges.
Where exercise of the right of return is possible, the CUSTOMER is legally responsible for any change or deterioration that occurs if, within the withdrawal period, they do not use the goods in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use. Accordingly, if there is a change or deterioration because the Product was not used in accordance with its technical specifications and operation up to the withdrawal date, the CUSTOMER may lose the right of return.
If your order was shipped incorrectly, Sanatsalbaski.com will take your product back.

For orders of 1-5 products: products are ready for shipping within 2-5 business days.

For orders of 6 or more products: contact SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. for the time needed to get the products ready for shipping.

- Average Delivery Transit Times - for Türkiye: 2-3 days after production

- Average Delivery Transit Times - for Continental Europe and Others: 3-7 days after production

Other Notes:

1. For addresses within Türkiye, our shipping fee is fixed for all purchases made from our website. Our international shipments are made with contracted courier companies. For deliveries outside Türkiye you can reach us by email, phone or the contact form.

2. Taxes vary from country to country. In general, border tax may need to be paid only for orders sent outside Türkiye. Our customers are responsible for all taxes that may need to be paid for our products. For tax legislation in countries outside Türkiye, consult the advisory bodies of those countries.

3. All orders are carefully packaged so they can be delivered without damage. Each work is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in its cardboard box or cardboard tube.

4. Your orders produced with a backing are placed in reinforced cardboard boxes. A separate box is prepared for each order according to its size. To protect the work better, a protective layer is placed between the work and the cardboard box.

5. When you complete your order, you will be given a tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number for your order, please contact us. In that case we will track your order for you.

6. Payments are made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURES

For product exchange/return, you must write your request on the form found on the second page of the e-invoice for the product and send it to our address given in the contact information. For a product exchange/return, the product received must be unused/undamaged. Together with the return request, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.
